Local knowledge
One valley, three states, a lot of different houses.
The Cumberland Valley runs straight through the service area along I-81. Summers are hot and humid; winters bring nights in the teens and the occasional single-digit cold snap. Borough centers like Chambersburg, Greencastle and Hagerstown are full of older brick homes built long before central air, while the townships and the Eastern Panhandle have plenty of newer houses with systems now reaching replacement age. Out past the gas lines, oil, propane and heat pumps do the heating.

Just ask.
